Cucumber Smoothie Recipe

Summer heat affects many of our day to day activities. Drinking a lot of water to keep us well hydrated is not sufficient sometimes! Try out this cucumber smoothie this summer.

 

Ingredients:

  • Cucumber – 2
  • Mint leaves – handful
  • Coconut milk – 1/2 cup
  • Organic whole milk – 1 cup
  • brown rice syrup – 2 tspn

 

Recipe –

Boil milk and water and allow it to cool.

 

Meanwhile chop cucumber by removing the seeds. Peeling is optional.

 

Add the chopped cucumber, mint leaves, coconut milk and sweetner in blender and blend by adding the milk now and then.

 

Take the smoothie and enjoy it with your family.

Cucumber and mint are the best ingredients to add to your diet in summer.
