All About AyurClinic Melbourne

AyurClinic History

AyurClinic was established in 1993 in Kerala, a state South West India, known as the birthplace of Ayruveda. After operating successfully for over 10 years, the first clinic opened in Melbourne in 2005 when AyurClinic’s Director Sajimon George decided to relocate here. As interest in Ayurveda and demand for Ayurvedic treatment has grown so has the business. Currently there are three clinics open in Victoria, located in the CBD, Bray Brook and Taylors Lakes. Nearly 10,000 people, including men, women and children, have been treated across our clinics in Melbourne and we have attracted clients from all over Australia and even overseas. Prior to launching in Australia, AyurClinic treated over 20,000 patients in India. So what is Ayurveda? It is an ancient system of medicine that combines diet, meditation, yoga, herbs, regenerative and cleansing treatments. The primary benefit is top health, mental clarity, physical stamina, calmness and inner peace.

Our Team and Treatments

Our team of skilled and highly qualified practitioners provide authentic and traditional Indian Natural Therapies. This includes Ayurvedic medical treatments and classical homeopathy in all its purity. Treatments are based on Keraleeya panchakarma and available for almost all known diseases, with a focus on women’s health, skin conditions, digestive disorders and mental health. Specialised treatment is also offered for musculoskeletal diseases such as, lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, arthritis, bursitis and carpal tunnel syndrome. Clients are referred to us from GP’s and well as other medical specialists and we offer a variety of services, including homeopathy, yoga, naturopathy and Ayurvedic massage.

AyurClinic is known as one of the most trusted natural healing centres in Australia. We were awarded “Clinic of the Year – Highly Commended” by the Australian Traditional Medicine Society (ATMS) at the 2017 ATMS awards. Last year AyurClinic was also a finalist for the category “Business leader or professional of the Year 2017” for The India Australia Business & Community Awards. The Clinic has been featured in Business View magazine and on the Foxtel Channel in 2016 and received an Australia Excellence award for service excellence in 2011.

Our Ayurclinic history shows our dedication and success at treating our patients. To know more about Ayurvedic medicine or to make an appointment with one of our practitioners, please contact +61 3 90782940 or email at info@ayurclinic.com.au.
