How It Works

Ayurvedic Treatments differ from the majority of conventional cures in its unique approach towards healing.
Ayurveda is the knowledge that indicates the appropriate and inappropriate, happy and sorrowful conditions of living, what is auspicious or inauspicious for longevity as well as the measure of life itself. (Charaka Samhita)

How It Works

Ayurvedic Treatments differ from the majority of conventional cures in its unique approach towards healing. Rather than trying to cure a disease in isolation, Ayurveda takes into account an individual in his entirety. The Ayurvedic system believes that the human body consists of three primary life forces, which are Vata, Pitta and Kapha. These three are called the Tridoshas. A balance among these life forces is essential for proper health. When these forces becomes unbalanced, that is what can lead to negative physical, mental or emotional health

The Ayurvedic system believes the body needs to be in balance to achieve physical, mental and emotional health.
