Old age is a very sensitive phase. Elderly people need proper care and comfort to lead a worry free and healthy life. Taking care of elderly parents or any other member of the family is not an easy task, especially when their health is concerned. Old age is known as Vardhakya in Ayurveda. Ayurveda pays special attention to elderly people aiming in healthy aging and not mere longevity lacking health.
Every stage of human life has its very own issues and troubles. Physical strength as well as mental stability deteriorates as a person gets older. It’s not just disease but various other aspects that affect elderly people one of the main reason being negligence.

Physical Problems
Health problems often occur as people age and are unable to perform activities they once did. They may become fragile, rigid, and less flexible.
